Our History

Projeco was founded by Charbel Chelala, Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from The University Of Sydney and licensed builder. He has over 20 years experience in construction and project management in the residential and commercial sector.

We are able to control complex service and supplier management agreements, managing the process from request to tender, through to service reviews and onto appointment of contracts. With a keen focus on cost efficiency, have built a network of service and supplier contacts, reducing costs whilst driving quality of service and reliability.

We are able to adopt a tactical approach to relationship management; improving the credibility of the business with that of their internal and external stakeholders. By employing strategic negotiating tactics, have successfully secured effective outcomes to potential conflicting issues, resulting in reduced risk of penalties, whilst forming industry relations with key industry officials and regulator departments.
